hair1These are deeply hydrating treatments for hair that has become dry and or damaged. Consider them “moisture packs” for your hair; spa treatments full of restorative oils and vitamins to get your hair back into shape. Work them through your hair well, paying special attention to the ends. Cover with a plastic bag or shower cap and relax, allowing the hair to soak up the treatment for 20-30 minutes. Because these can leave your hair oily, you’ll want to shampoo lightly afterwards, and rinse well.

Avo-coco Pack
Here is one simple DIY deep hair conditioner that is as rich as they get.

½ avocado
Coconut oil
Mix the avocado with enough coconut oil to make a smooth consistency. Work through hair. Set for 15 minutes or so. Wash as normal.
