Just buy a big jug of vinegar–white distilled is cheapest–and pour it straight onto the young, shiny leaves. Be aware that the vinegar will kill surrounding plants, so pour with focus!
If a stubborn case, add 1 cup of salt to 1/2 gallon of vinegar.
